BAKU.03.12.2004. MEDIA-PRESS: Since the beginning of the year the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan and the JC formed by its sharing have produced 8.231 MM tons of oil and this is by 0.7% or 53.5 thou tons more than for the analogous period of the past year.
As Media-Press has been informed in the SOCAR, a share of the divisions of the SOCAR has made 7.385 MM tons (fall makes 0.1%), the JC have produced 846.2 thou tons (a growth makes 7.9%).
On November the SOCAR has produced 735.4 thou tons of oil and this higher than it has been planned by 18 thou tons or by 2.5%. The oil producing offices have produced 658.9 thou tons and the joint companies have produced 76.6 thou tons.
According to forecasts, in 2004 oil production in Azerbaijan will make 15.45 MM tons and a share of the SOCAR will make 8.75 MM tons; the AIOC will produce 6.7 MM tons, and 9.2 MM tons of oil will be delivered to export. 6.7 MM tons will be pumped by the pipeline Baku - Supsa, 2.5 MM tons - by the route Baku - Novorossisk.
